The Role of the Church in the ISCF Movement
The vision is simple: churches partnering together to commission and empower students to lead other students for Christ in their schools.
A parish vision for schools
Most churches have at least one school within a 2km radius. The schools in your vicinity should be part of your church's ministry concern — the church sees the school community as part of its parish.
Commission youths by school
Christian youths can be grouped and commissioned by the schools they attend. They are sent out as witnesses for Christ from Monday to Friday. The church does not disciple youths for weekend ministry only, it sends them into their week.
Even three can begin
Be prayerfully optimistic. If even three students understand their calling, they can begin a "Good Company." They gather, learn, grow, and strengthen others in school.
Provide adult mentors
The church identifies mature adults, youth leaders, parents, young adults, or educators. Mentors journey with students and support student-led fellowship, guiding, praying, and encouraging.
Host school gatherings
Church venues can host fellowship, prayer, Bible reflection, and equipping. Students from nearby schools can gather in a church near their school, which provides a safe spiritual home for growth.
Partner nearby churches
Churches in the same area work together as kingdom ministry. Partnership is built on trust, not poaching, students remain rooted in their home churches while serving together in schools.

Provide resources and equipping for student leaders and mentors.
Support churches as a ministry partner.
Link the movement with the wider ecosystem for youths to grow as disciples of Jesus.
