Why We Are Partnering: Life Journey Support Ecosystem

A student’s faith isn’t lived out in a vacuum; it is a lifelong journey that spans every day of the week. While the Local Church is vital in providing spiritual nourishment and a community home on the weekends, we recognize that the real "mission field" for a student happens from Monday to Friday.

The Fan Into Flame Summit 2026 is built on a strategic alliance designed to bridge that gap—ensuring our youths have a firm support base both inside and outside the church walls.

Our Strategic Pillars:

• The Family Altar led by fathers:

  Recognising that discipleship begins at home, we equip fathers to take spiritual leadership in their families by establishing a regular Family Prayer Altar. Through Scripture, prayer, worship, and meaningful conversations, parents help their children build a strong and personal faith in Jesus.

• The Weekend Foundation - Local Churches

  Local churches provide the biblical grounding, pastoral care, spiritual community, and opportunities for service that anchor a student’s identity in Christ. Churches identify and activate the spiritual gifts of their young people and commission them to live as faithful witnesses in their schools.

• The Weekday Frontline - The Inter-School Christian Fellowship

  ISCF supports students in their Monday-to-Friday mission field by equipping and empowering them to be salt and light in their schools. Through Christian Fellowships, students reach, disciple, and raise up other students for Jesus in a students-leading-students movement establishing Good Company in where they are.

• The Guiding Presence - Christian Educators

  Christian educators serve as a faithful and encouraging presence within schools. Through prayer, godly example, mentorship, and appropriate support, they help create an environment where Christian students can grow in faith, character, leadership, and witness.

• The Prayer Shield -Praying Parents Unite

  A student’s daily walk is strengthened through the faithful intercession of parents. Praying Parents Unite equips parents to pray intentionally for their children, their schools, Christian educators, and the growth of student-led discipleship movements.

• The Future Horizon - Military Christian Fellowship, Varsity Christian Fellowship and Marketplace Fellowship

  The faith, conduct, and character developed during the school years must continue through every transition. Military Christian Fellowship prepares and supports students as they move into National Service and beyond, helping them remain faithful witnesses for Christ in the next season of life.

• The Foundation - A Unified Call

By bringing these groups together, we are creating a seamless ecosystem of support. Our goal is to ensure that from the classroom to the barracks, and from the sanctuary to the home, our youths are emboldened to fan their gifts into flame every single day.
